Join two of the best leaders on motivation and engagement for learners of all ages. Stevi Quate and John McDermott provide a full day working on what successful collaboration in the classroom means, what it looks like, and what makes it happen. Learning is too often treated like a solitary enterprise, but the great thinkers remind us that as social beings students learn best collaboratively as ideas bump up against the ideas of others. Through grappling with important problems, analyzing multiple perspectives, and tackling challenging content, students become not only engaged in their learning but also learn deeply. Collaboration is a catalyst for student achievement!
